Cancellations, Copyright and Hosting
Payment
Mass360 aims to provides 24 hour, next-day delivery for Matterport 3D Capture Services. Videography and other specialized services vary.
Realtors / Individuals – Payment is required before assets are provided and can be made online. A Dropbox link is provided where all photography can be downloaded.
Businesses – Assets are provided with an itemized bill and payment is expected on delivery. Billing reminders are sent after 2 days. Payment is considered late after 3 days and delinquent after 7 days.
Photo Rights and Usage
All photography and created media can be used without restrictions by the original client or company that requested and paid for our services.
Photographers own the rights to their photography as per US copyright law (for more information, please visit the United States Copyright Office website.)
Photography is non-transferrable. If a property’s ownership is transferred and the new ownership wishes to purchase the copyright from us, please contact us. We would love to work with you!
Rescheduling / Cancellation
You are welcome to cancel a booking with 24 hours notice at no cost!
We do, however, charge 50% of the project value or minimum $100 (whichever is higher) for missed appointments or cancellation with less than 24 hours notice.
Coverage Area
Our team provides nationwide services. Travel fees are relative to the location of our nearest team member and are generally assessed for remote properties outside of major metropolitan areas.
Travel Fees – $0.60/mile. Total is calculated as roundtrip miles from the office to your location. For nationwide jobs, travel fees apply for counties beyond major metropolitan areas.
Emergency Photoshoot - $100 for less than 24 hour notice.
Matterport Space Hosting
Matterport Spaces (tours) are hosted by Matterport in the “Matterport Cloud.” Mass360 is a Matterport Service Partner and provides discounted hosting services to our clients. Mass360 is not responsible for maintenance or downtime of Matterport software.
General hosting is $800 per year for up to 25 spaces billed annually to Mass360, saving you about $30 per year compared to Matterport.
If hosting is terminated or expires, we archive the tour. Archived tours cannot be viewed but can be restored and transferred to a new (client's own) hosting account upon payment of any past due and transfer fees. Archived spaces do not incur additional fees. The fee for transfer to an alternative Matterport hosting account is $200 per space and is due prior to transfer.
